By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure comfort, safety, and the highest level of service.

1. General Terms

NYC HUDSON LIMO offers luxury transportation for individuals, corporate clients, tourists, and special events.

By booking a ride, you confirm you are 18 years or older, or have parental consent.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

Reservations should be made through our website, customer support, or the Limo Anywhere booking system.

Advance payment is required via credit or debit card or secure online payment systems.

Upon confirmation, you’ll receive booking details, chauffeur information, and ride updates.

For special requests, additional fees may apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change.

Our cancellation policy offers flexibility:

Cancellations 24+ hours before the ride: Full refund

Cancellations 12-24 hours before: 50% refund

Cancellations within 12 hours: No refund

In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule or fully refund the ride.

4. Wait Time & No-Show Policy

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time. After this, additional charges apply.

Other pickups include 15 minutes of free wait time, after which per-minute fees apply.

If you do not show up within the designated wait time, the ride will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

5. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

To ensure a high-quality experience, we ask passengers to follow these guidelines:

No smoking, drugs, or excessive alcohol inside vehicles.

Passengers must respect chauffeurs and fellow travelers.

Disruptive behavior may lead to ride termination without a refund.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged.

Pets allowed with prior approval.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

NYC HUDSON LIMO is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or unforeseen events.

We strive to minimize these disruptions but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

In case of vehicle malfunction, we will provide a replacement vehicle promptly.

Force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, emergencies) will be handled by rescheduling or offering a full refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We prioritize your privacy and secure all necessary client information for bookings.

Your data is protected and never shared without your consent, except when required by law.

8. Ride Modifications & Special Requests

Changes (pickup time, vehicle type, stops) must be requested 12 hours in advance.

Late modifications may incur extra charges, depending on availability and distance.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by New York State law.

Disputes will be settled through arbitration or mediation in accordance with state laws.
