At NYC HUDSON LIMO , we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our service. Please read our cancellation policy carefully for a smooth experience.

1. Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellations 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup: Full refund.

Cancellations 12-24 hours before the scheduled pickup: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 12 hours: No refund.

Please note that cancellations after the vehicle has been dispatched will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. No-Show Policy

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from the flight’s scheduled arrival.

After this period, additional charges apply.

Other pickups offer 15 minutes of free wait time, after which a per-minute charge will apply.

No-Show: If the passenger does not arrive within the free wait time, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

If the passenger arrives after the designated wait time, additional charges for wait time will apply.

3. Modifications & Special Requests

Booking Modifications: Changes to your booking, including adjustments to pickup time, vehicle type, or adding stops, must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Late Modifications: Requests made within 12 hours may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Special Requests: Requests for extra luggage, pets, or specific vehicle preferences should be made at the time of booking to ensure availability.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of force majeure situations such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected national emergencies, NYC HUDSON LIMO will reschedule your ride or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

We are committed to working with you to find the best solution under extraordinary circumstances.

5. Cancellations by NYC HUDSON LIMO

In the rare case that NYC HUDSON LIMO is unable to provide the booked service due to vehicle breakdowns, unavailability of drivers, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your ride at no additional cost.
